Recieved a call from customer that had been struggling for two days trying to make a governement online appear on their internet browser ‘Safari’

I was able to fit this into my last call of the day.

There is a well known issue with Safari and this type of site/ document.

Installed Google Chrome.

Setup their google account ot sync to the cloud and setup their Facebook again.

Laptop was working like an early steam driven model, now performs quickly without freezing or taking ages to load. Rick also got our security camera app to work on our phones, gave me a lesson on the security hard drive and did a couple of point form documents so if we need to do it again, we can just follow the instructions. Well done Rick
