EHCR - COVID POLICY

Hello there! We hope this message finds you well. We just wanted to remind you that the safety and well-being of our customers and EHCR engineers are of utmost importance to us. Given the recent surge in Covid cases, we kindly ask for your cooperation in following some guidelines to keep everyone safe.

We greatly appreciate if you or any member of your household could let us know if you are currently experiencing any flu-like symptoms or have tested positive for Covid-19. If so, we ask that you please wait at least one week after receiving a clear test result before we schedule our visit. We would also appreciate it if you could let us know if you feel unwell anytime between booking and the date of our visit.

If any issues require lengthy investigation or dismantling of equipment, we may recommend carrying out the task in our EHCR workshop, and you may be required to drop the item/items off.

Lastly, please understand that even if you or our team are fully vaccinated, this does not entirely eliminate the risk of transmitting the virus. By working together, we are confident that we can persevere and overcome these challenging times. Thank you for your understanding and support – we are always here to help.

Using anydesk for remote support

To download Anydesk and allow access to your computer by EHCR please carry out the following steps:

1. Click on the download anydesk link
2. When on the page ensure Windows is selected
3. click on the red Download Now button
4. Open your File Explorer
5. Navigate to and open your Downloads folder
6. Double click on the anydesk.exe file
7. Click Run
DO NOT INSTALL
  • A window should open with red digits

  • Please read these digits to the EHCR Technician

  • You will then be presented with a different box.

  • Please select accept

  • Click allow on the microsoft popup

  • The EHCR Technician will now be on your machine

  • You can now click the cross at the top right to close this.
