Laptop was working like an early steam driven model, now performs quickly without freezing or taking ages to load. Rick also got our security camera app to work on our phones, gave me a lesson on the security hard drive and did a couple of point form documents so if we need to do it again, we can just follow the instructions. Well done Rick
